Since 2010, Cycle City has provided bike sales, rentals, repairs, and tours in Vancouver. They have two bike shops in the downtown area, which we think makes their services more accessible.
Even though the prices were a bit high, we liked that they included a lot of extras. This includes things like a helmet, lock, basket, and handlebar bag.
We also liked that they have a wide variety of bicycles available in a range of models and sizes. In our opinion, this makes them a one-stop shop for a large customer base.
We also appreciate that they have flexible cancellation options, allowing customers to make changes and reschedule without having to pay a large penalty.
Furthermore, they offer discounts for long-term rentals, making them an ideal choice for customers who are looking to rent a bicycle for extended periods of time.
That said, we\’re not big fans of their limited selection of e-bike rentals. Even so, we liked how they have a direct bike path in front of their store to get you to Stanley Park in under 15 minutes.
All in all, we thought to include Cycle City on our list as they have a wide selection of bicycles for all bikers.
Pros
- Numerous rate inclusions
- Wide selection of bicycles
- Flexible cancellations
- Offers discounts for long-term rentals
