That said, we thought it would’ve been more convenient for patients if they had an online booking system. However, we liked that they had a variety of payment options, including health insurance and flexible payment plans.

First off, we think it’s worth mentioning that they have recently expanded their scope of practice to also include massage therapy, kinesiology, and pilates.
We believe that by adding these services, they’re now able to provide more comprehensive, holistic treatments that are tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
We were also impressed that their physiotherapists have over 200 combined years of clinical experience, which means that patients have access to a wide range of expertise and specialist knowledge.
Other than that, we liked how spacious their facilities were, as they have over 5000 square feet of space, and numerous private and curtained rooms.
It’s also a great feature that they have an open gym with rehab equipment such as spin bikes, a treadmill, and other Pilates equipment.
Having said that, we’re not big fans of the fact that they don’t have parking available, as we thought it would’ve been convenient for patients when visiting during their appointments.
Nevertheless, we think they’re a solid choice, especially for sports-related injuries, as they have experienced physiotherapists and a wide range of services.
